If the question is over "whodunnit?" - send in the CSI's. I imagine it wouldn't be too difficult to tell whether it was a SCUD (tactical ballistic missile) or a much smaller (2.75 or 5 inch) rocket by the amount damage caused, size of blast, amount and type of debris, etc.

Tallguy - you're making the same argument the gun owners are - "Don't call my video games (or guns) bad and don't try to ban them! After all, I play (own) them and I don't go out killing anyone, so they must be safe and OK." The point is, our minds are shaped by what we "value".

We need to be careful when we start talking about believing in things that we can't detect and are not visible - it starts to sound like were talking about God or something (believing in something that can't be seen or detected). :-D

Though I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, the "constitutional" issue is an interesting one. Technically, it's unconstitutional for the federal government to control state lands. The U.S. Constitution specifically lays out what powers the federal government does and does not have.

All I know is I just read, yet another article that contained a whole bunch of words like "if we discover...", "one man believes...", etc. and then starts making dogmatic statements based on "faith" that "someday science will prove..." - and it sounds a lot like the kind of "faith" that they ridicul …
