- If the question is over "whodunnit?" - send in the CSI's. I imagine it wouldn't be too difficult to tell whether it was a SCUD (tactical ballistic missile) or a much smaller (2.75 or 5 inch) rocket by the amount damage caused, size of blast, amount and type of debris, etc.

- Though I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, the "constitutional" issue is an interesting one. Technically, it's unconstitutional for the federal government to control state lands. The U.S. Constitution specifically lays out what powers the federal government does and does not have.

- All I know is I just read, yet another article that contained a whole bunch of words like "if we discover...", "one man believes...", etc. and then starts making dogmatic statements based on "faith" that "someday science will prove..." - and it sounds a lot like the kind of "faith" that they ridicul …
